Mango Vanilla Protein Power Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:
4 fl oz. (120ml) unsweetened
almond milk
4.2 oz. (120g) Greek yogurt
5.8 oz. (165g) frozen mango
chunks
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until
smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
