Kiwi Protein Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:
6.3 oz. (180g) non-fat Greek
yogurt
1 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
½ large banana, frozen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend
until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
