A nourishing and protein rich veggie
I love green beans, they're not only delicious but packed full of nutrients. They're a good source of Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Copper, and Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese.
I often steam them and then drizzle with EVO, grated lemon zest and cracked black pepper and Himalayan Pink sea salt.
