1 egg white, beaten until stiff
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons of almond meal
Place eggs, beaten egg white, mashed bananas in a bowl and mix until combined. Add the almond meal and mix until you have a smooth batter. Heat waffle maker and coat with butter. Add batter and cook until crisp. Serve with maple syrup and strawberries or eggs and bacon if you prefer.
